Bikes & Breakfast GUA

Throughout 2026 Bikes & Breakfast is gonna have pop-up locations. So Steve takes a few trips a year to Guatemala and rides the country on an Aprilia Tuareg so I like to share the sites and scenes that I see on my trips. Stay tuned for something exciting coming later this year

This year I went during the Easter holiday celebration of Santa Semana.

All during the week up to and during they build these beautiful rugs out of natural materials, sawdust, wood shavings plants, foods, and bakery

We visited a town on the outskirts of Lake Atítlan in the western Highlands called Chichicastenango To our surprise a group of Quiche Mayans showed up with their procession to a church that was thousands of years old.

And the food is absolutely amazing always fresh no preservative usually handmade and the best part is the price

And if you’re gonna make a run for it, don’t worry about it. They ride 125. LoL
