Bikes & Breakfast Eldersburg a little wet but fun
Well, our Bikes & Breakfast Eldersburg event was a success yesterday at 1623 Brewing Company, even with the damp weather we encountered. Riders still showed up, which led to an enjoyable and successful gathering once again. The first arrival was at 7:15 am, and that was before I was even on site myself. Cam and her staff were once again on point and overly accommodating to all, and we thank them for their efforts. Bill Werking showed up with the “Digger” he had built, and, as such, Cam provided him with a special indoor area for display. The “Giveaway” and “Trivia” periods were once again entertaining, and I did stump the riders on some questions! After our event, some of the riders hit the road to West Virginia to visit Harpers Ferry, leaving on dry roads with light cloudiness.
It was a very good day, and Barb Birkett Sullivan and I capped it off by returning to 1623 for a relaxing and tasty dinner.
